• Innovation and regional development – resilience and fragilities at the business and regional level (in co-operation with the Industrial Chamber of Commerce, Magdeburg, Germany).

An aim of the project is to create a set of fragility indicators for business and regions.

This set of indicators should be helpful in identifying areas where companies and regions are vulnerable to external shocks and extreme events, which can lead to serious crises or even collapse scenarios.

Currently, the indicators and research methodology are in the developmental stage. After carrying out explorative workshops in Wrocław (Poland) and Magdeburg (Germany) with local entrepreneurs, more information will be made available (about March 2018).
